We’ll get in touch with you to go over all the important details to ensure the process is as smooth and convenient as possible. To make it easier, we’ve organized the key points into a checklist:
- Date, time, type of celebration and location;
- Number of guests;
- Cake size, tiers, and flavour;
- Budget;
- Special requests and references.
CAKE SKETCH CREATION
We create multiple detailed sketches of your custom cake, each carefully designed to align with your vision, event theme, and practical considerations. These sketches serve as a visual guide, helping you imagine how the final product will look like.
*The sketch development is available for an additional fee; however, this amount will be deducted from the total cost of the cake when placing an order.
FINAL REVIEW
During this stage, we’ll discuss:
- Final adjustments: Making any last-minute tweaks to ensure everything is perfect.
- Delivery planning: Confirming the timing, address, and any special instructions for delivery.
- Additional desserts: Finalizing details for other treats to complement your cake, if needed.
DELIVERY & CAKE SETUP
Once your cake is prepared, we’ll send you photos for final approval. After receiving your confirmation, the cake will be carefully loaded into a refrigerated vehicle to ensure it arrives fresh and in perfect condition.
For large-scale events, a pastry chef can be sent along to assist with setup.
